An interesting Infographic published on March 14th in the Visual Capitalist highlights key growth of skilled workers to many countries in the world against their ability to retain this talent.
Australia is ranked 6th, Canada 13th and New Zealand 14th in the overall rankings after the popular 1st, 2nd and 3rd place countries of Switzerland, Singapore, the United Kingdom.
It would be interesting to see the figures on whether these highly skilled workers are fully employed within their key skilled area. Many highly skilled immigrant women find it challenging to find employment in key skilled areas within technology and biotech. None the less, this infographic certainly provides an interesting visual representation of the state of highly skilled immigration globally.
